How do you make customers happier? Sprinklr’s Angela Gann has the answer.
Angela, a Senior Solutions Consultant based in Austin, TX, works with clients to design solutions that help them grow and provide exceptional experiences for their customers.

In Angela’s case, she was recently recognized for living out the core value of “Never, ever, give up. Ever!” The recognition stemmed from her strong commitment to helping clients thrive, and her impressive overall work ethic.
Angela recently presented to a group of customers, one of whom was a strong advocate for one of Sprinklr’s competitors. By the end of the meeting, Angela had provided so much compelling information – and had done so in such an engaging way – that the whole group expressed a newfound appreciation of Sprinklr’s offerings (including the fan of a competitor).
Earning, building and maintaining a customer’s trust is a crucial element of the Senior Solutions Consultant role, and something that Angela does extremely well.“Angela has an engine that does not stop, she is a shining star and Sprinklr is so fortunate to have her here.”
During her four years at Sprinklr, Angela has served in four different roles. She began in Implementations, moved to Enablement, transitioned to an Enablement Manager position, Project Management, and now a Senior Solutions Consultant. This progression helped her develop a wide-ranging skillset, and allowed her to work on product design, product life cycle, and customer delight.
In her current Senior Solutions Consultant role, Angela works with a mix of teams in pursuit of a common goal. “One of the amazing things about Sprinklr is that we truly are a global company, and we have interaction across the globe,” she says.
Whether she’s meeting with an insurance company in Chile, or helping one of the world’s largest tech companies in China, Angela is always focused on helping her customers make the most of the Sprinklr platform. To her, meeting face-to-face with clients is a crucial – and enjoyable – part of the job, and her travel is a great perk of her role.
During our conversation, Angela also expressed appreciation for the opportunity to constantly learn. “The product is so good because it’s constantly evolving, which allows me to constantly be learning,” she says.
