Selfie, glitter, action.
#BeautyConLA had everything a beauty influencer could have ever asked for. I was lucky to attend the event with our partner Twitter, which featured hundreds of major beauty brands exhibiting their latest and greatest innovative products and services, in a sea of beauty bloggers, social media influencers, and celebrities.
If you are a marketer working for a beauty/wellness brand, I would recommend running (not walking) to secure your spot at BeautyCon’s next festival. You will reap the positive ROI for years.
And when you attend, you’ll need the right technology to help you manage the conversation on social. Sprinklr and Twitter proudly partnered to provide social insights and data during this year’s festival in LA. Here’s what the BeautyCon digital team discovered and accomplished with Sprinklr’s platform capabilities:
1. Mitigate Risk: The digital team created listening queries that picked up on security breaches and crisis potential. They were able to quickly diffuse a situation where people attempted to skip the security line and sneak in to the event with Sprinklr’s crisis management alert detection. Believe it or not, people actually do post incriminating content publicly. Sprinklr allows you to plan and act proactively, instead of reactively.
2. Save Time: The BeautyCon team streamed live Tweets on a Sprinklr Display in their command center at the event to quickly identify and engage with the most impactful moments going down on Twitter. Check out the visual of the Sprinklr Display below:
The team toggled between reach, influence, and retweets to measure impact during the event.
BeautyCon marketing mavens in-action using the Sprinklr Display and Listening Insights dashboards to monitor activity on social during the event.
3. Reduce Cost: With Sprinklr’s Modern Research capabilities, you can easily identify the ROI and impact your brand will receive from partnering with certain celebrities/influencers. To monitor this, we set up a panel on the Sprinklr Display that analyzes which personalities brought in the most positive chatter on Twitter during the event. This analysis will inform future budget distribution for upcoming festival partnerships and alliances.
