Consider this: 89 percent of companies expect to compete primarily on the basis of customer experience. This massive shift comes at a time when consumers increasingly expect personalized, relevant interactions with brands.

Impersonal email blasts and Facebook posts no longer suffice – customers crave personalization, and the onus is on companies to provide consumers with the right content, on the right platforms, at the right time. Always.
We’re happy to report that Sprinklr is a leader when it comes to helping brands achieve this crucial goal. In its April 2017 report, The Forrester Wave™: Content Marketing Platforms, Q2 2017, Forrester Research, Inc. lists Sprinklr as a “Leader” in the industry. Sprinklr is one of just two companies to be named a leader.
The report, which evaluated nine CMP providers based on 37 criteria, notes that Sprinklr “Dives into the CMP space with breakaway technology and vision.” It also cites a user who described our platform “as his digital spine, hosting the data and delivering it into executions with workflow and collaboration as the muscle.”“The vendor has started to put some content oomph behind the promise; it has a workflow builder unique in this field for flexibility and visual simplicity, extremely customizable preview options, and rich application of social data from paid and unpaid posts to many parts of the content life cycle.”
We believe that the Forrester report reflects Sprinklr’s ongoing efforts to help brands center around the needs of their customers. It points out that starting in 2016, “Sprinklr decided to use its penetration into social as a springboard to a much broader mandate, which it calls Customer Experience Management.”
In the report, Sprinklr is the only CMP provider listed as a “Brand orchestration system,” members of which “provide all the planning capabilities of the brand planning systems, but also aspire to manage much of the distribution of content in customer communication channels.”
