Today, Sprinklr is excited to launch Instagram publishing – one of our customers’ most requested features that will help marketers efficiently manage cross-platform campaigns, ensure governance, and increase Instagram reporting insights.
Previously, brands could only post natively to Instagram. This took a significant amount of time and limited the amount of governance and reporting brands could create around Instagram posts. Now, it’s incredibly easy for brands to create superior customer experiences across Instagram and any other social platform – all in Sprinklr.
Sprinklr has been lobbying on behalf of our customers for years on the need to be able to publish to Instagram directly through Sprinklr and we’re thrilled to have been invited to partner with Instagram over the last year as they began to add capabilities like content publishing into their API.

Schedule Instagram Stories and Carousel Posts
Sprinklr now allows marketers to schedule multi-image Instagram Stories and Carousel posts in the Planner. Using this feature, team members can see a comprehensive view of content planned for Instagram and collaborate more effectively on content planning and strategy.
Create Evergreen Campaigns
Now brands using the Sprinklr Planner can create evergreen campaigns with no end date needed. With this new capability, marketers can have ongoing campaigns across social media channels, including Instagram.
Listen to Instagram Locations
Brands can listen to Instagram Locations in Sprinklr Social Listening. With no need to provide additional query parameters, brands can now see the full scope of conversation at events, retail stores, and more. Location-based listening is a great way to better understand customer experiences as they’re taking place, and now brands can create topics that sync directly with the Instagram Places that their audience uses to tag posts on Instagram.
Analyze the Sentiment of Comments on Ads Across Social Channels
Marketers can improve their understanding of their audience’s reaction to ads with new metrics that measure the volume of positive, neutral, and negative comments on ads. Now, brands can automatically optimize their advertising efforts to manage paid campaigns based on accurate real-time audience sentiment.
