I’ve been a proud Sprinklrite for 3+ years. This organization has supported and accelerated my professional growth in ways I never could have imagined. I joined Sprinklr in 2016. Back then, I had no idea that Sprinklr would end up supporting me both professionally and personally.
Growing My Career at Sprinklr
When I joined the Sprinklr team, I was onboarding and training our new Modern Advertising customers. As a former customer myself, it was incredibly rewarding to be able to pass on the knowledge I had gained to other brands hoping to improve their brand’s advertising. In this role, I received my first promotion in my career. It was my first indication that I was working for an organization that acknowledged and rewarded hard work.
Over the course of my time here, I’ve been presented with endless opportunities to grow my skills. I moved into a new presales role in 2018 and, most recently, I switched roles again to grow my career on our product marketing team as an advertising expert.
Finding Personal Support at Sprinklr
Throughout my roles at Sprinklr, I’ve worked with a number of passionate employees who have always supported my career growth. A few years ago, these same employees also supported me through an unexpected personal loss when I needed them most.
In November 2018, my husband and I lost rare, high-risk twin boys at 22 weeks. We were, of course, devastated by our loss. But what followed our loss was heartwarming and inspiring.
As I sat in the hospital after being induced and waiting to deliver our babies, I received a text message from Luca Lazzaron, our Chief Revenue Officer. Luca and I had never spoken before; we had never had the occasion. “Just want you to know you are in our thoughts,” he said, “both of my family and the Sprinklr one.” Then, he sent a virtual hug.
I received countless additional messages from coworkers offering their condolences. We were sent plants, food, and even a gift certificate to have our house cleaned. It seemed as though every time the doorbell rang, it was another Sprinklrite reminding me how loved and cared for I was by my team.
Note that Lauren and her husband received from Sprinklr employees with the gift certificate for house cleaning services.
Ragy Thomas, our CEO and founder, always says that Sprinklr treats employees like family. I felt this so deeply in my heart when we went through this experience. My Sprinklr family was there for me when I needed them most.
They gave me grace as I returned to work and continued to keep me in their thoughts. I’ll never be able to thank them enough for all their support.

This November, my husband and I are participating in Extra Life, a 24-hour gaming marathon that raises money for the Children’s Miracle Network, to honor our boys. So many Sprinklrites have already donated to our cause. If you’d like to read more about our story and donate, please visit our team page.
