In honor of Sprinklr’s 10-year anniversary, Ajit Bhat, Sprinklr Senior Manager of Product Support, spoke about his 7+ years at the company. Ajit is based in the Bengaluru office, and he started at Sprinklr when that office was very small – now Sprinklr has 1,500 employees worldwide and is growing rapidly. Here are some of his best memories through the years:

Q: What’s made you excited to work at Sprinklr for nearly 7+ years?
A: I can say this with conviction – there has never been a boring day here at Sprinklr. It’s always been exciting. The company is always innovating with new products so things haven’t stayed the same all these years. There is so much to learn in the Sprinklr platform. Every release there are so many new things introduced! That’s what makes Sprinklr more exciting than any other company I’ve ever worked for.
Q: What excites you about the future?
A: How much more Sprinklr can grow! I’ve really seen this company grow exponentially since I’ve joined. This is probably the fourth office I’ve worked in, because we’re growing so much! I see Sprinklr becoming a necessity for all major brands, and its has the broadest capabilities on the market. This is why we’re consistently ranked a leader by top analysts like Forrester.
Q: How is Sprinklr unique and different from other companies you’ve worked at?
A: Sprinklr is unique because of the field we’re in. We need to help large brands listen to all the conversations happening across modern channels, learn from these conversations and take action based on the insights they gather. This is incredibly complex.
It’s not just listening to social and messaging channels, there’s publishing, engagement, care and research. Brands are used to responding to customers via phone or email. Now, there is a dramatic shift. Everyone can see a brand’s review online. Everyone can see a person’s negative comment on social. Brands are more conscious about what’s being said about them online and what they’re publishing across channels – this is where Sprinklr can help.
We solved this customer experience challenge for big brands, by giving them a platform which can do multiple things at all at once. Brands can engage, publish, listen to conversations, advertise using Sprinklr. It’s really an all in one platform for customer experience management.
Q: What’s helped you grow your at Sprinklr?
A: My career – and Sprinklr’s platform – wouldn’t be where it is today without a great team. I’m so privileged to be working with some of the best people across the company. I’ve worked closely with product, IT ops, success, managed services – everyone has helped me get to where I am today and helped our customers succeed.
What amazes me the most is how we all come together to resolve issues for our customers. Nobody is blamed and everyone puts their best foot forward. The best part of working at Sprinklr are the core values which are so very, very relevant to the way we all work every day. We think back to them in every situation.
Q: What Sprinklr core value do you most align to?
A: Never, ever, ever give up! That resonates with me the most. Being on the Customer Support team is sometimes difficult. There are tricky situations and challenges I’m faced with often. I go back to this core value of “never, ever, ever give up” to ensure that my team can get to the root cause and do the right thing for the customer. We go to any length to list, resolve issues and escalate if necessary.
Q: What’s been the biggest change you’ve seen in your years at Sprinklr?
A: Growth! The number of employees and customers has increased dramatically. During the early days, I could remember everyone’s names. Now, I don’t know everyone in the company, but it’s great seeing so many enthusiastic employees working hard to make Sprinklr successful.
Q: What’s one thing that surprises you about Sprinklr’s leadership?
A: Before I joined Sprinklr, I watched YouTube videos of Sprinklr CEO/Founder Ragy Thomas explaining the Sprinklr core values. I could tell he had a clear vision and that he was so passionate. And that vision and passion hasn’t changed at all! Even now, with so many customers and the significant growth of our platform, I can see it hasn’t changed. I think this is surprising – to stay so focused for so many years. He always believes there is more we can do, and the vision of creating a unified platform for customer experience management is still the same.
Q: Anything else you want to add?
A: Over the past 8 years, I’m grateful that I got to go through Sprinklr’s growth and watch the company become successful. I’m still sometimes surprised by the top companies we work with! It’s a very exciting time to be here.
