Our world-class engineering team is constantly finding innovative ways to raise the bar even higher to enhance the customer experience with our industry-leading artificial intelligence (AI). Today, we’re spotlighting Yogin Patel, Senior Director, Engineering, who shared his thoughts on working at Sprinklr.
I am currently working on the Machine Learning (AI) team, where I am primarily responsible for building world-class Machine Learning systems for Sprinklr. My team creates and maintains various AI solutions for Sprinklr’s global customers.
Finding solutions to the toughest technical challenges is the most exciting part of my job.
On the AI team, the work largely involves innovating on Sprinklr’s state-of-the-art technology features that are part of our Unified-CXM platform, such as Smart Trends, Smart Responses, and Smart Optimization.
For example, I am currently working on creating a new AI feature to support customer care teams on Smart Assist. Currently available AI solutions for care aren’t able to meet the accuracy requirements of many brands. We’re constantly iterating and creating new versions of this feature, and we find new observations and problems every time, which we then try and solve in the next iterations. We continue with the trial and error method, and invent new ways to reach our goal.
The flexibility and freedom that is given to each developer to try out new ideas is amazing. We have incredibly smart people on our team, and we all collaborate and have a voice in solving the biggest problems for global brands.
