Today, I’m thrilled to share that I’m joining Sprinklr to lead human resources, or as I prefer to think about it, the ‘Culture and Talent’ team.
Having worked at a number of high-growth and industry-defining corporations throughout my career – from Cisco to Allscripts to Qlik Technologies – I can sense when a company is not only special, but about to take off.
That’s where Sprinklr is now.
Behind My Decision to Join Sprinklr

I’ve been fortunate to be part of leadership teams at three public companies that have done something similar; doubling, tripling, and – during my 14-year tenure with Cisco – scaling 10x as we grew from 3,800 employees to more than 70,000 while revenues increased from $2.2B to $40B+.
Knowing how to scale is an important part of any growth story. And it starts with culture.
Attracting and Retaining the World’s Best Talent
I believe that my role, and that of my team, is to attract and retain the best talent in the world while preserving and shaping a culture that encourages the business (and everyone in it) to grow. That’s my passion. A great culture is not just a game changer – it’s a competitive advantage. One that accelerates company performance and builds momentum.
Three years ago, I wrote that building and sustaining a great culture in any business doesn’t necessarily require a huge financial investment. But it does take something more valuable: commitment and conscious effort.
That effort begins with identifying the values that define your culture; it continues with integrating those values into everything your business says and does; and it’s maintained, above all, by communicating – openly, honestly, and constantly – about how well those values are being upheld every day by everyone in the organization.
When I first read Sprinklr’s core values, I thought they were some of the most unique I’d ever seen. Now, as I have the privilege of meeting new Sprinklrites each day, I’m discovering they’re also some of the most genuine people I’ve ever seen.
I’m looking forward to doing everything I can to build upon and accelerate the best of Sprinklr’s culture. And to enjoying the journey ahead.
