While we enter the dog days of summer, we’ve got a Springtime tradition on our minds. SXSW is on the horizon (well, maybe a couple of horizons away), and Sprinklr has submitted four presentations for consideration.
Below are overviews of our submissions, which will only become a reality with help from YOU. Check them out and then head to the SXSW website to vote.
This panel features women who are breaking the glass ceiling while highlighting the power of social to impact the bottom line. Today, it’s clear that brands are increasingly vulnerable to the collective jolt of customer-to-customer conversations across social. Social is the heart of a business, and these women are keeping it beating.
They’ll discuss how they got into this field, how they’re influencing a culture of change and how they’re fighting stigmas facing women working in social.
Moderator: Ekaterina Walter – Global Evangelist, Sprinklr
Care is the new marketing because in today’s social world, great service gets rewarded and poor service goes viral. Over the past year, bad customer experiences have ruined major brand reputations. Companies know they have a problem, so why aren’t they changing things and why are they getting customer experience management so wrong?
Speaker: Carlos Dominguez – President, Sprinklr
The growing backlash against fake news rise of populism has created a world where emotion speaks louder than facts, and everyday voices have more volume than ever before. This presentation will discuss how brands can build trust with consumers in this era of skepticism and uncertainty. It will speak to the role social media has played in creating this post-truth world and how it must be the channel brands use to communicate with consumers to be successful in this time.
Speaker: Ragy Thomas – Founder and CEO, Sprinklr
Chatbots are set to transform business, but right now they aren’t being used to their full potential. Companies are forcing them to do traditional functions, but they’re more than just squawk boxes that parlay messages. They’re powerful tools that can deliver personalized experiences. Two issues prevent companies from making the most of chatbots: siloed departments and ineffective technology. This talk will explain how companies can use AI to tackle challenges and strategically deploy chatbots.
